1. Overview
Jerimani ships globally from its primary workshops in Johannesburg and London. Each item is handmade to order, and every effort is made to ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery to our customers worldwide. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and tracked, and what to expect if there are any service interruptions or customs delays.
2. Order Processing Time
Each Jerimani product is individually crafted by hand. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified by email if any unforeseen delay arises.

For the avoidance of doubt, processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order before shipment and does not include delivery time.
3. Shipping Options and Delivery Timeframes
Jerimani offers both domestic and international shipping solutions, selected for reliability and cost-efficiency. Estimated delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected service.
From time to time, Jerimani may offer free or discounted shipping promotions; such offers will be clearly indicated at checkout and on promotional materials.

Whilst Jerimani has sought advice to ensure that all considerations in respect of customs and excise form part of the check-out process and cost incurred at check-out, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply under the laws of their respective countries. Jerimani cannot predict or absorb these costs.
5. Tracking and Confirmation
Once dispatched, customers will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery window.
If an order appears delayed, customers should first contact the relevant courier service using the tracking reference before contacting Jerimani at sales@jerimani.com or via the Contact Us page for further assistance.
6. Customs and Legal Compliance
Jerimani complies with all applicable export and import regulations. We declare the accurate value and description of goods on all customs documentation, as required by law.
Customers are advised to familiarise themselves with any local import restrictions, as Jerimani cannot accept responsibility for goods refused or delayed by customs authorities.
7. Service Interruptions and Force Majeure
Shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond Jerimani’s control, including but not limited to:

customs or regulatory delays.
In such cases, Jerimani will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and offer alternative delivery options where feasible, but shall not be held liable for delays arising from such events.
8. Delivery Address and Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Orders returned to Jerimani due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
If a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received, customers must raise a claim directly with the courier service; Jerimani will assist in good faith but cannot assume liability once delivery confirmation has been issued.
9. Split Shipments
Where multiple items are ordered, Jerimani may—at its discretion—ship products separately to expedite delivery, at no additional cost to the customer.
